Don't worry if something doesn't fit or it's not suitable because you can return the goods for a refund or exchange. You have 30 days from the despatch date in which to return the goods.
Return the jewellery to us in the original condition, (especially with rings...try it on at home for a few minutes to see if it fits, please don't scratch them.)
Please note:
You are responsible for returning the item back to us. We do not accept responsibility for it until it has been delivered to us so we do advise you get proof of postage and we would recommend you send the item Signed For but it is your choice...
Do not get rings engraved until you are sure that they fit. We do not give refunds for rings that have been engraved. This also applies to the rings we have engraved for you, eg. the date on the outside.
We have provided a sticky return label on the bottom of your invoice and you can re-use your mailing bag. You are responsible for the return postage charge.
Refunds:
We do not credit back the return postage cost.
Exchanges: In the case of an exchange of size we will send the jewellery out again to you at no additional cost. For an exchange of product we will charge you p+p since we have to create a new order for you. Where the item is less expensive we will refund the difference. Where an item is more expensive, please include a cheque for the difference.
Earrings, for hygiene reasons, cannot be exchanged or refunded unless faulty.
If the ring is indicated as a 'special order' it will be individually hand made to your specifications. It will be very difficult for us to re-sell it and so we charge a 30% refund, exchange or re size fee. This is why we send you a set of blank rings first: to check the size and feel of a ring before we specially make it for you.
