Materials:
- Strong and versatile, Steel is a great material for jewellery; its strength, durability and light weight are ideal for everyday use, especially for people that are not accustomed to wearing jewellery.
- Steel is is scratch resistant but not scratch proof, the finish will alter over time through normal wear and tear. After a few months of normal use, the overall surface texture will settle down and become more consistent across the product.
- We advise against exposing Steel to chemicals such as cleaning products and chlorine, as this could lead to premature ageing.
- Leather is a natural product it will wear with use, if you follow our simple care guide it could help to prolong the lifespan of your Leather jewellery.
-
We advise against exposing to high temperatures, chemicals and liquids that could lead to premature ageing.
-
Remember to remove your Leather jewellery before you partake in strenuous exercise, be cautious on hot summer days as leather does not like getting hot or wet.
-
Over time the colour and finish of Leather will alter, especially with artificial colours. Natural tones will soften and darken due to the transfer of oils when in contact with skin. This is perfectly normal and will happen with every Leather product but may be less noticeable with darker colours.
- Please note: The product descriptions provided for items with 'IP plating' refer only to the metal they are applied to and not the plating itself.
Platings/coatings are made as hard wearing as possible but may be subject to markings and wear through normal use. Buying tips:
- If you are buying a bracelet for a present I would recommend going for one that is made out of lots of individual links (or on a wire or rubber) as opposed to a solid one shaped like a 'C'. They are more comfortable and can be adjusted to size by removing links.
- If you’re buying for yourself try anything!
- If there are different sizes available and you are not sure which size to go for, don't worry, you will be able to send it back for a different size.
